Where are you located and what are your hours of operation?
We are a family-owned company located in Woodbine. We pick up and deliver next day every week day. Jim can be reached any time at 410-203-0202
Do I have to be home to receive your service?
Not at all. Just leave your garment bag out by 7:30 am and we will pick it up and return your finished order the NEXT DAY!
Where will you pick up and deliver my garments?
Your order will be picked up at your front door and we will deliver to any location you specify (front porch, back door, side door, etc.). Just let us know!
What is your pick up and delivery service area?
We service most of Howard Count. Call or email Jim to find out your area's pick up day. 410-203-0202
How do you protect my clothes?
Your clothes will be protected in two ways. We provide the standard plastic covering used by most dry cleaners, as well as a complimentary, personalized, weather resistant garment bag.
How does rain affect my pick up or delivery?
If you do not have coverage on your front porch, it is best to hang bag from your door. If there are rainy conditions when returning orders, we will not leave clothes exposed, we will call and bring them to you when someone is home later that day.
What if I have a special request like "light starch" or "no creases" for a particular garment?
No problem! Just leave a note with your order or fill out our customized Re-Order form and we will gladly follow your instructions.
Do you charge for the door hook or customized garment bag?
No we do not. We provide those items to our regular customers at no charge.
How and when do I pay for services?
We bill on the 28th of each month. Most customers prefer to leave a credit card on file for automatic, easy payments. But we also accept checks.
Is there a contract to sign?
No there is not. We are confident with the quality and convenience of our service. You will never need to visit another dry cleaning store again!
Are there any additional charges?
While pick up, delivery, and your garment back are complimentary, certain fabrics such as linen or silk as well as certain garment lengths or intricacies my result additional charges,
How do I schedule a pick up?
Just call 410-203-0202 or email Jim to get started! He will pick up your garments on the scheduled day based on your neighborhood.
